The content creator, who uses the handle @j9naturally, went viral this month after she shared some common poop shapes and what they mean about your health.

Bowring first held up a large light brown log, explaining: 'If your poop looks like this, that is a healthy poop.'

Bowing said that a large brown log and an S-shaped dark sinker are both healthy poops

'If it's an S-shaped dark sinker, also a healthy poop,' she continued.

Bowring then grabbed a small round ball of poop, saying little balls or pellets are a sign of 'severe constipation.'

'If it's a lighter colored poop and it's floating, that could indicate you've got some liver and gallbladder issues that need to be addressed,' she added.

As a naturopathic doctor, Bowring is focused on addressing the root cause of a health issue rather than just treating the symptoms.

For those suffering from constipation, she recommended trying an ileocecal valve massage to 'help get things moving.'

In a previous video, she explained that the ileocecal valve is where the small intestine joins the large intestine.

Bowring said the valve can be located between the highest point on your right hip bone and your belly button.

She demonstrated how she uses her fingers to massage little circles in the area, noting that it's normal to feel some 'gurgling.'

The expert added that little balls or pellets are a sign of 'severe constipation,' while lighter-colored poop that floats could indicate liver and gallbladder issues

The expert then did a 'C' shaped massage toward her belly button before moving her hands to the left side of her stomach, one inch below her belly button. She pushed from left to right, toward her ileocecal valve.

The final step was to massage up from the valve toward her right shoulder. She did each move 10 times.

Bowring's next tip was to increase the amount of fiber in your diet.

'Adults should be getting at least 25 to 30 grams of fiber daily,' she noted.

She concluded that you should also consider taking a turmeric supplement, especially if you have light-colored poop that floats.

The wellness guru said that curcumin — an active compound in turmeric —  can help with liver and gallbladder function.

Bowring's video has been viewed 9.2 million times and has received more than 8,100 comments since it was posted on October 5.

Many people were admittedly caught off guard by her visuals and wished they had received a warning before they watched.

'I didn't need a visual demonstration,' one person griped.

    'I'M EATING PLEASE,' another added.

'Good thing I wasn't eating... No warnings or something...,' someone else responded.

Others wanted to know more about the other poop colors and shapes.

'Ok what about [the] monster on the plate closest to you bc we need an explanation there,' one viewer commented.

'Ain't nobody going to talk about the monster black one just sitting there????' someone else agreed.

'I need more examples. My poops look nothing like those!!!' another shared.

Ayesha Jhulka Shares A Bizarre Incident That Occurred After Divya Bharti's Demise - Read Inside

Ayesha Jhulka recently shared a bizarre and chilling incident that occurred after the unfortunate demise of her contemporary Divya Bharti in 1993.Following her unexpected demise in 1993, Divya Bharti was unable to witness the future of several films she had shot earlier, as they were released posthumously. Now, in an interaction with BBC, Ayesha shared a chilling incident from the trial screening of 'Rang' which featured both the actresses. As the audience gathered in memory of Divya, during Ayesha's entry scene, a bizarre event unfolded. An electric shock caused sparks, and the entire screen came crashing down. With no clear explanation for this incident, many deemed it an ominous sign for the fate of the film.

In another posthumous release of Divya Bharti, the 1994 film 'Laadla,' an interesting turn of events unfolded. Since Divya couldn't finish the shoot, Sridevi stepped in to portray the role entirely from the beginning after Divya's untimely demise. However, during the reshoot, an unexplainable incident occurred. There was a particular dialogue that Divya Bharti used to struggle with during her filming, and surprisingly, when Sridevi re-enacted the same scene and dialogue, she too encountered difficulties with those lines. This left the co-stars astonished, leading them to suggest that Sridevi chant the holy Gayatri Mantra before completing her shoot.

In a past interview with Bollywood Bubble, Ayesha Jhulka candidly discussed her relationships with fellow actresses Divya Bharti and Mamta Kulkarni. She attributed any strained dynamics to jealousy and a touch of insecurity. Despite these factors, she emphasized that, ultimately, they would reconcile and maintain strong friendships with each other. In her own words:Divya Bharti passed away after falling from her fifth-floor apartment in 1993 at the age of 19.
